Case Summary:

With a track record of success, the North America Immigration Law Group has represented more than 32K client petitions before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We recently had an Indian client with a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering. He came to us for assistance in submitting a National Interest Waiver (I-140) petition. Due to its explicit national importance, the client’s research has also been covered by major media outlets. These outlets focused on the importance of his research in treating COVID-19 patients, emphasizing the impact of his models on disease prognosis. The coverage of his research by major news outlets reflects the great importance of his work on COVID-19 prognosis.

On the other hand, we also pointed out that his academic achievements have led to multiple publications, citations, and invitations to peer review some of the highest-regarded journals in his profession. He has already completed 13 peer reviews to date. Furthermore, his research has resulted in 7 peer-reviewed journal articles (3 of them first-authored) 3 peer-reviewed conference articles (2 of them first-authored), and 2 abstracts, altogether accumulating 98 citations from several other scholars in the field of healthcare AI.
