Case Summary:

A National Interest Waiver (NIW) case requires the applicant to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they and their work in the chosen area of study are inherently beneficial for the U.S.A. This is what we assist our clients do, by helping them write their petitions to the USCIS.

• These publications have been cited a total of 88 times according to Google Scholar, thereby demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of biotechnologies.
• Not only this, but she has also pursued research directly related to her proposed endeavor of developing scalable and cost-effective purification schemes to enable the large-scale production of valuable compounds for various applications for 8 years.
• Along with this, she has obtained 4 letters of recognition from other well-known experts in the field, two of whom said:

“Her contributions to the field have enabled the manufacturing of products that improve the health and well-being of countless individuals across the world and facilitate the transition from carbon-emission heavy fossil fuels to renewable, eco-friendly energy sources. Her ongoing work as a scientist at Avid Bioservices, a biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing company in the United States, finds her continuing to develop scalable purification schemes for obtaining valuable biological products for use in pharmaceuticals.”
