Case Summary:

An expert in dental science, with a proposed endeavor to work on developing new dental protocols and treatment regimens that utilize 3D-printed guides and empirical approaches, wanted to file his National Interest Waiver (NIW) case with our help. His work aimed to reduce overreliance on antibiotics, enhance the safety of complex endodontic procedures, and improve dental patient health outcomes. Thus it was evident that his proposed endeavor is of great importance because it provides new, safer avenues of treatment for serious oral conditions, helping to prevent undesirable outcomes.

At the same time, his work also had broad implications for the United States since it worked on improving the safety of complex endodontic procedures which is highly relevant to the US, as these procedures are prevalent across the country. His work has helped establish the scientific underpinnings for newer and more improved treatment courses that do not overly rely on antibiotics. Therefore, his work is essential not only to dental science but to American public health goals to reduce the risks of promoting drug-resistant bacteria.”

So, it was clear as the expert says in the above passage, that his work in the area is necessary for the country’s dental health. This is why his literary output has also been substantial. He has completed 16 peer-reviewed journal articles (8 of them first-authored) and has conducted at least 31 reviews to date. Not only this but his research has also gone on to influence his peers. That is, these publications have been cited a total of 40 times according to Google Scholar.

He has also published notable findings regarding oral complications following bariatric surgery. In this project, he first researched the origin of these complications by assessing the oral impacts of bariatric surgery, which include an increase in the level of streptococcus mutants, decreased levels of healthy enzymes in saliva, and lower total saliva, also known as dry mouth.

Hence, due to his expertise and record of success, he has come to be considered a leader in the area and his work of 6 years has indeed been a testimony of this success. It was due to this that he could collect 4 letters of support from other experts which helped us corroborate the above information.
