With a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and copious professional successes in the bag, this operations research consultant from Iran seemed to have what it took to file his I-140 petition under EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). We carefully evaluated his credentials and confirmed that he did indeed qualify for this visa category.

After all the hard work put in by our client and our legal team, our diligent efforts paid off when we received an approval notice from Texas Service Center six months and 25 days after we filed this NIW petition. As our client chose to proceed with the final step of the green card process (I-485 application) while his I-140 was pending approval, he is currently waiting for a second approval notice from the USCIS, which we estimate should be issued very soon.
