A little over a year after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed an I-140 EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition for a scientist from Lithuania, the USCIS finally granted their approval. The reason it took so long for our client to attain petition approval is because her NIW was issued a Request for Evidence (RFE). Putting together a personalized NIW petition:
