“Naturally sourced health supplements are a thoroughly researched component of American pharmaceuticals. [The client] has contributed to this area with his electrospun nanoencapsulation process. So when our client came to us we first tried to look into his background and then check up on his proposed endeavor. We uncovered that his proposed endeavor was to work on biopolymers. He wanted to design and develop novel flexible and transparent composite materials with enhanced properties for advanced material applications. It was apparent that his work is of great importance because it reduces the field’s dependence on synthetic plastic products. Overall, his ongoing research sought to improve biopolymer productivity, enabling the field to reduce its dependence on synthetic plastic products. Moreover, biopolymers help to ensure that food products are packaged in an environmentally conscious manner, demonstrating that his research addresses ongoing plastic pollution issues. This is the reason that he has been invited scores of times to conduct reviews for several well-known journals in his area of expertise. He has completed at least 60 reviews to date. Given that only the most highly esteemed researchers in the field are invited to evaluate the work of their peers, especially in notable journals, it was clear that he is seen as very knowledgeable in the field and an expert in topics related to his proposed endeavor.

On the other hand, his research has resulted in 21 peer-reviewed journal articles (6 of them first-authored) and 1 book chapter which has been cited a total of 282 times according to Google Scholar.

Our client has hence pursued research directly related to his proposed endeavor of designing and developing novel flexible and transparent composite materials with enhanced properties for 9 years now.

The evidence we presented at USCIS allowed us to show in clear light the remarkable value of our client’s work. We made sure to clarify that his research on flexible and transparent composite materials holds significant value for the U.S. sustainability sector and that there is a particularly urgent national need for his continuing contributions.
