Case Summary:

A Postdoctoral Scientist in the field of robotics from Lebanon approached us in October of 2023 to help him file an NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf. Since NIW applicants and beneficiaries are required to have an “advanced degree” or “exceptional ability” in the sciences, we were able to confirm that our client is an expert in the field of robotics because he holds a Ph.D. in robotics engineering and has convincingly demonstrated that he seeks employment in an area of substantial intrinsic merit to the U.S. that will be national in scope.

The aforementioned data confirms that our client is regarded as highly knowledgeable in his field of expertise and as an authority on subjects pertaining to his proposed endeavor.
