Case Summary:

The I-140 NIW or the National Interest Waiver is one of the subcategories of the EB2 visa issued for those foreign individuals who can prove that their work is of substantial benefit to the United States. So, whenever we at NAILG get any new client who wants to apply for the NIW status, we make sure that their academic and professional background is of quality and that it satisfies the requirements set by the USCIS. • Due to his knowledge and expertise in cardiovascular biology and external stressors that affect the function and physiology of cardiomyocytes, he has been regularly invited to conduct peer reviews for at least 9 authoritative journals in the field.
• His research has resulted in 18 peer-reviewed journal articles (10 of them first-authored).
• These publications have been cited a total of 314 times according to Google Scholar.
• We also presented detailed descriptions of 5 of his key projects as evidence of his contributions to and expertise in the field of cardiovascular biology.
• These project summaries are complemented by 2 expert commentaries that highlight his use of innovative methodologies, the nature of his breakthroughs, and the ways that his unique findings have been applied throughout the field.
• Furthermore, he has pursued research directly related to his proposed endeavor for more than 9 years now, making him a reliable resource in the field.

While these specific research contributions and publication or citation records represent only a subset of our client’s most successful endeavors, these projects are indicative of the overall quality of his research and illustrate his particular expertise and ability to continue contributing significantly to his field and to advancing the proposed endeavor. These facts helped us establish beyond reasonable doubt that it is beneficial to the United States to waive the requirements of a job offer and labor certification. Our client, therefore, established eligibility for a national interest waiver.
