Case Summary:

Usually, I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) requires a solid case in favor of the applicant which shows the merits of their research endeavor and supports this with substantial data collected from the applicant’s CVs, transcripts, certificates, etc. So when we receive a request to file an NIW petition, we make sure to look into these documents for evidence of the client’s merit. Given the rapidly aging nature of the American population, there are clearly substantial benefits to be gained for national public health by research into more advanced means of treating vertebral fractures and similar osteoporosis-related injuries. As such, the research of our client into this subject is directly aligned with the interests of the United States.
• Due to his knowledge and expertise in spinal implants, porous structures, and bio-meta materials, he has also been regularly invited to conduct peer reviews for authoritative journals in the field and has completed at least 9 reviews to date.
• His research has resulted in 15 peer-reviewed journal articles (5 of them first-authored), 2 conference papers, 1 granted patent, 3 published patent applications and 1 provisional patent.
• Not only this but his research has also gone on to influence his peers. That is, these publications have been cited a total of 1,471 times according to Google Scholar, thereby demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of biomechanical engineering.
• He has also published no less than 5 patents based on the results of his various research endeavors.
