Case Summary:

An expert in renewable energy generation and storage hired our services for their I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) application. It was due to its clear national importance, that the client’s research also received government funding and another of the recommenders had said:

“…[the client] has played a leading role in research projects that received funding…To have received funding from this federal agency demonstrates that [the client’s] work has been deemed critical to the scientific and technological interests of the U.S.”

Along with this, due to the client’s knowledge and expertise in the design, construction, and testing of energy storage systems, the client has been regularly invited to conduct peer reviews for authoritative journals in the field where the client completed over 5 reviews to date. Additionally, our client’s research has resulted in at least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles (most of them first- or co-first-authored) which have been cited over 100 times according to Google Scholar.
