In this case, we helped a research assistant from Iran file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. Our client, who has an M.Sc. in Electrical Power System Engineering, is researching electrical power systems and energy management practices. As part of our legal services, we established that his work improves the reliability and functionality of power systems and is contributing to the United States’ efforts to upgrade its existing systems to incorporate smarter and greener technology.

We also demonstrated that only a small handful of researchers can attain the same level of success that our client has. To support this claim, we encouraged our client to contact experts in his field of electrical engineering and request for recommendation letters. Five specialists obliged, and their letters were included in our carefully prepared EB-2 NIW petition packet.
