Case Summary:

An expert in the field of construction management from Iran came to North America Immigration Law Group seeking help with her NIW petition. • These publications have also been cited a total of 14 times according to Google Scholar, thereby demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of construction management.
• She has pursued research directly related to her proposed endeavor for approximately 4 years now.
• She also had letters from other experts supporting her claim to the category. Two of these 4 recommendations said:
