Case Summary:

An expert in plant pathology from Turkey came to our firm seeking help with his NIW (National Interest Waiver) application. Since the NIW is a subcategory of the EB2 nonimmigrant visa, it demands the applicants prove their worth to the U.S. through academic and professional excellence.
