Case Summary:

When a senior technical staff in wireless communications from the Republic of Korea approached to hire our services for his National Interest Waiver (I-140 NIW) approval, we did not know that we were embarking on a long and productive journey with him. • Along with this, he has also made a breakthrough in V2X communication by addressing edge-of-network signal strength and the effective use of radio resources. His work on cellular-based V2X communication is unique in the field because it involved developing a communication base station coordination method.
• Not only this, but he has been pursuing research directly related to his proposed endeavor of developing a 6G cellular communication system for 10 years, giving him excellent command over his area of expertise.
• This is why he could easily obtain 4 letters of recognition, two each from dependent and independent experts in his area of work.
