Case Summary:

Our client, an expert in power systems engineering, is focused on developing advanced machine learning technologies to integrate electric vehicles and renewable energy into power distribution networks. His research aims to support the adoption of sustainable energy solutions while ensuring the reliability and stability of the energy grid. To further this work, he sought a National Interest Waiver (NIW) through the North America Immigration Law Group, as his research directly addresses critical sustainability and reliability challenges in power distribution networks.

Additionally, as of 2022, only 20% of the U.S. grid was powered by renewable energy, contributing to climate change. These challenges underscore the importance of our client’s research, which focuses on machine learning-based solutions to improve grid reliability and sustainability, offering cost-effective methods to modernize the power supply and reduce dependence on non-renewable sources.
• Furthermore, NSERC, the Saskatchewan Power Corporation, and the Italian Ministry for Education, Universities, and Research have funded his study, recognizing its national significance. As an organization dedicated to cultural and social progress, its support further highlights the impact of our client’s work in addressing challenges related to electric vehicle charging.
• Lastly, we obtained two letters of support from experts in the field, affirming that our client’s proven research record has positioned him well to further advance his proposed endeavor.
