Case Summary:

Armed with a Ph.D. in electronic engineering, a researcher in materials science from Bangladesh came to NAILG seeking help with his NIW (National Interest Waiver) application. Our client’s research, therefore, which increases the efficiency of solar energy production and thus makes it more available to Americans, carries immense economic as well as environmental benefits for the United States. Not only this, but his research has also gone on to influence his peers. That is, these publications have been cited a total of 121 times according to Google Scholar.

The evidence also shows that his research holds significant value for reducing the United States’ greenhouse gas emissions and for advancing the American solar energy industry.
