Case Summary:
Our highly skilled team at North America Immigration Law Group is incredibly strategic in specifying what exactly each client requires to present an excellent case for a National Interest Waiver (NIW). Since we have successfully dealt with over 32,000 cases, our approach certainly hinges on providing only the most relevant and persuasive evidence with each petition. Our client, a senior scientist from India, whose approval we are emphasizing here hired us to help her in filing her NIW case by assuring that her remarkable achievements and abilities in the field of food science are effectively showcased.
We began by stating that she received a Ph.D. in food science; and sought to file an NIW based on her research to develop alternative proteins to replace livestock meat and animal milk in the human diet to reduce land usage, water resource exploitation, and the generation of greenhouse gases. We concluded after thoroughly reviewing her research that her work is of great importance because it offers sustainable solutions to the current and future challenges that food production and supply systems face, especially given the expected rise in global population, and thus her research has substantial merit.
At the time of filing, she had published 8 peer-reviewed journal articles (6 of them first-authored) and 1 book chapter. This work has been published in no fewer than 5 highly-ranked peer-reviewed journals. Her work has influenced her peers as well as famous scholars and organizations throughout the world. Her works have been cited 222 times by electrical engineering and related scholars.
Furthermore, she also reviewed a book proposal submitted to CRC Press/Taylor & Francis. To date, she has completed at least 60 reviews. Given that only the most well-regarded scholars in the area are invited to review the work of their colleagues, particularly in prestigious venues such as these, it is apparent that our client is regarded as an expert in the field and a subject matter expert on themes pertinent to her planned venture.
Notably, her study has received financing from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) due to its obvious national value. This funding is primarily for research that serves the national interest, such as studies that improve agricultural output to better feed Americans and maintain the nation’s natural resources.
We supplemented her well-written NIW petition file with two endorsement letters gathered from her peers in the same field, who gave additional insight into the merits of her planned endeavor. Therefore, with the growing popularity of plant-based diets in the United States, our client’s study makes use of modern, energy-efficient technology to make food manufacturing more sustainable and robust. Her research also addresses supply chain disruptions and makes the United States more self-sufficient in terms of food production and security. In addition, it contributes to the development of a varied variety of inexpensive, high-quality protein sources, which benefits public health tremendously.
As a result, we are thrilled to have acquired another approval for a deserving client in just 5 days, with no intervening Request for Evidence (RFE). This approval attests to the effectiveness of our services. We truly appreciate our client for choosing our NIW services and for allowing us to be a part of this wonderful success story.
