Case Summary:

Not long ago, a postdoctoral research fellow from Taiwan received the good news that the USCIS had approved his EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. With extensive experience working in the field of rehabilitation science, our client also holds a Ph.D. in the same field. Despite waiting for 10 months and 14 days, our client finally secured NIW petition approval. The reason why it took longer than the expected 4-9 months is that the petition was issued a Request for Evidence (RFE).
