Case Summary:

Whenever a client approaches us with a request to help them file their NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition, we make sure we provide them with the best service possible. We do this by tailoring the application according to the requirements of the client and the case. This includes suggesting our clients to obtain recommendation letters, update their CVs, collect their transcripts, etc. So when in August 2020, we received such a request from an Indian geoscientist with an M.S. in Geophysics, we asked him to follow our lead as we built his case.

We employed our team of experts, who helped him with their immense experience and customized his application further. We made sure that the adjudicating authority was fully aware of his proposed endeavor which significantly benefits oil and gas companies around the world by proposing novel solutions to longstanding challenges facing fracking and oil production. Given that he has proposed several innovative methodologies and technologies to more accurately assess the petrophysical and geophysical properties of rock formations targeted for drilling by oil and gas companies, it was already clear that his projects were of great value to the United States.

With 100 peer reviews under his belt, he was already a reliable researcher in the field whose expertise had been called upon on multiple occasions in the past. At the same time, he had published 5 peer-reviewed journal articles and 9 conference articles and these publications have been cited a total of 142 times according to Google Scholar.

The recommendation letters also vouched for the reliability and applicability of his works. Two excerpts are quoted below from these letters:
