Case Summary:

Our client, a postdoctoral scientist, hired North America Immigration Law Group to help her in preparing an I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. She held a doctor of philosophy degree in molecular, cellular, and integrative physiology intended to continue her research on therapies for pediatric brain cancer and developing physiologically relevant brain tumor models and this seemed to be of great importance because it addresses a global health concern, namely pediatric brain cancer. • Besides, we discussed her record of successful research which significantly furthers U.S. interests, her offerings of such value would certainly benefit the United States even assuming other qualified U.S. workers are available. She is well-positioned to continue her research considering the breadth of her many years of experience, as well as her leadership and expertise in the field.
