Case Summary:

A client from India with a Ph.D. in computer application approached us to help her file the I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) and EB1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petitions; we, therefore, employed our team of experts to build a reasonable case for her. We included her professional and academic career details in her petition packet to support her claim to both categories.

However, there are certain requirements to be fulfilled by an individual including but not limited to:

• The foreign national must be in a position to advance the proposed endeavor.
• The applicant must present evidence that the U.S. would benefit on balance to waive the job offer criteria for an EB-2.
• A proposed endeavor, holding substantial merit and national importance.

• Her business and healthcare artificial intelligence technology research addresses some of our nation’s and the world’s most pressing issues, including fostering protective measures such as contactless services in businesses across the globe, using AI to improve the performance of MRIs in detecting cancer, and ensuring online content is adequately monitored through artificial intelligence text classification.
• Her strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics has allowed her research to be particularly original, resulting in her success in fundamentally transforming the commercial efficiency and clinical efficacy of artificial intelligence-driven technology.
• Due to its evident national importance, the client’s study on a DL model for MRI imaging has been recognized and supported by the CPRIT. This funding serves as clear evidence of the merit of her work in developing state-of-the-art methods for high-accuracy brain tumor MRI imaging, thereby significantly improving cancer diagnostics and prevention.

On the other hand, we highlighted that her academic performance has been responsible for several publications, and citations:

• Her research has resulted in 62 peer-reviewed scientific articles, 23 book chapters, and 16 books.
• Her publications have been cited 1,260 times according to Google Scholar in at least 63 countries.
• She has completed at least 78 peer reviews for at least 4 journals, conference proceedings, and workshops.

Not only this but the recommendations had an excellent review of her work, one (out of four) of which is quoted below:
