Case Summary:

We were hired to represent a software engineer from China, who filed an I-140 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petition. Thus, it is proved that he is seen as very knowledgeable in the field and an expert in topics related to his proposed endeavor.
• Furthermore, his study has received funding from NASA. Therefore, their support for our client’s research shows that it is substantial for improving humans’ understanding of the electromagnetic fields that surround the globe.

Therefore, even if there were other qualified American workers available, his efforts would still be extremely important and beneficial to the United States. Our client’s work is essential for the application of AI and machine learning in understanding technology. Just 5 days after we submitted his case, USCIS approved his NIW petition, citing his experience, leadership, and expertise in the field as reasons why he is exceptionally qualified for this position.
