Client’s Testimonial:
“I am immensely satisfied with your service and the successful outcome of my NIW I-140 petition. Thanks for guiding me through the process. I have already shared your information with most of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much!”
On November 28th, 2023, we received another EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) approval for an Assistant Instructor in the Field of Reproductive Biology (Approval Notice).
General Field: Reproductive Biology
Position at the Time of Case Filing: Assistant Instructor
Country of Origin: India
State of Residence at the Time of Filing: Texas
Approval Notice Date: November 28th, 2023
Processing Time: 11 days (Premium Processing Requested)
Case Summary:
We started assembling the NIW petition file by emphasizing that our client holds a Ph.D. in biotechnology, an advanced degree. We presented a thorough analysis that took into account the petitioner’s education, skills, knowledge, and record of success in related efforts. To give our clients the most ingenious approach possible, we collaborate closely with them to identify the unique aspects of their case, which can increase the likelihood that it will be approved.
Thus, when our client from India, an assistant instructor hired the North America Immigration Law Group to help her file an NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition, we evaluated her research background completely and figured out that her work addresses some of our nation’s most pressing issues, including how to effectively prevent and treat infections during pregnancy, how to improve the understanding of the mechanisms behind preterm birth, and how to discover the mechanisms of cervical remodeling during pregnancy and the role of hyaluronan in the process.
Due to her contributions to the reproductive biology field, she has been invited by prominent journals to perform peer reviews. To date, she has completed at least 7 reviews, proving that her expertise is widely trusted and valued by other researchers in her field.
Also, we noted that at the time of filing, she had published 9 peer-reviewed journal articles (6 first- and co-first-authored) and 1 book chapter in highly-ranked peer-reviewed journals. Her papers have been cited 302 times by researchers in her chosen field. Therefore, it is clear that she has driven major advances in her field of reproductive biology.
It is noteworthy that her research has also been funded by the Burroughs Wellcome Fund. The goal of this organization is to “improve human health through education,” so their endorsement of her work is a reflection of its transparent importance in improving human health through education by elucidating critical mechanisms of cervical remodeling and preterm birth, offering valuable insights for educational initiatives focused on maternal health and pregnancy complications.
Moreover, to strengthen her NIW case packet, we also added 4 recommendation letters acquired from other experts in the field, and one of them stated the following:
“As I will establish in this letter, it is evident from (our client’s) novel project outcomes and consistent record of top-tier contributions that she occupies a forefront position in the reproductive biology field. Her contributions to reproductive healthcare in the United States have made her an irreplaceable asset. There is no doubt that she is deserving of the country’s support, as her work is key to enhancing the prosperity of the United States.”
We were once again successful in convincing the USCIS of how the United States should absolutely seek to retain this innovative scholar [our client] on an indefinite basis since doing so will allow the country to harness the benefits of her work. Therefore, we are thrilled to have secured her NIW approval in just 11 days. We are grateful for the USCIS premium processing service, which is a paid service that allows for faster adjudication (the case will be processed within 15 days instead of 9-12 months). We extend our sincere congratulations to her on reaching this incredible goal.
