“The practical application of [the client’s] work has clear value for alleviating traffic congestion in the United States. On average, Americans lose ninety-seven hours per year sitting in traffic, amounting to more than one thousand dollars lost in fuel and work missed. These publications have been cited a total of 331 times according to Google Scholar, thereby demonstrating that these publications are widely recognized and relied upon in the field of industrial engineering.
• And he has been pursuing research directly related to his proposed endeavor of designing models and systems that will enable producers, carriers, drivers, and users of transportation services for 11 years.
