Case Summary:

Our NIW client from China is a Master of Science degree holder in chemical engineering. Based on his education and research background, he is currently employed as an Engineer II and approached us to help him in applying for a waiver of the job offer by filing an NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on his behalf, demonstrating his proposed research on investigating downstream process development for biotherapeutic drugs to increase drug purity and yield through innovative purification methods.
