Case Summary:

The EB2-NIW(National Interest Waiver) petition requires the applicant to show as to how their work would benefit the United States and if they are qualified to work in the proposed field of endeavor. So when a Tunisian expert in traffic engineering with a Ph.D. in civil engineering came to us, we made sure to give him the best service possible. • And finally, his work received 4 letters of support from other experts who were familiar with his work, one of whom said:

“Traffic congestion is a prominent issue in the United States. However, certain areas experience much more extreme traffic congestion, which also leads to a number of other adverse effects. Cities in the U.S. which have adopted more cycling-friendly operational solutions have demonstrated significant reductions in congestion despite continued population growth. Such operational solutions were made available through the research efforts of [the client], a prominent civil engineer who has made significant advancements to such modeling techniques.”
