Case Summary:

With an approved NIW petition back in 2019, our client again contacted North America Immigration Law Group in November 2021 to help him file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. We evaluated his credentials thoroughly and investigated that his research focused on the properties of photosensitized generation of volatile and stable radicals on surfaces and the synthesis and characterization of novel aryl phosphite-based probes, addressing some of our nation’s and the world’s most pressing issues, including public health and the burden of cancer. Considering the inherent value of his research in combination with his funding record, his notable publication and citation records, and the high esteem the scientific community holds for his work, it is evident that our client is one of the foremost scientists working in the organic photochemistry field today. Indeed, his extraordinary ability in the field is well recognized by other four established experts, thereby one of them stated the below:
