Case Summary:

In August of 2020, a research associate from Nepal working in the field of environmental chemistry, approached us asking help with his NIW petition. So to ensure the success of his case, we started by collecting details of his academic and professional records. At the same time, these articles have been cited a total of 12 times according to Google Scholar. The client’s research in this project also received funding from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. This organization is dedicated to expanding and accelerating knowledge of human health and the environment. Thus, all of this together stands as evidence in favor of his claim to the NIW category.
