When a research geophysicist II from China, proficient in the field of geophysics contacted us to help him file an I-140 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition to represent his case, we began analyzing his credentials. • Furthermore, we highlighted his research’s value that has received funding support from a research consortium The research consortium is supported by numerous sponsors including the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). These grants are reserved for research addressing critical problems in geophysics and the larger society, further confirming the significance and national importance of his research.
