North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) was approached by a Florida-based postdoctoral associate to help him file an EB-1A (Aliens of Extraordinary Ability) petition. Upon initial assessment of his academic profile, we noted that he holds a doctoral degree in biomedical engineering and has thorough experience in the field of medical imaging.
