Case Summary:

Merely 5 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition for a postdoctoral research associate from India, Texas Service Center (TSC) took action on his case and granted their approval. This is a big win for our client as he can now file I-485 applications for himself and his dependent without needing to wait several years for his priority date to become current.

EB-1A is a very hard visa category to break into. Green card applicants with approved EB-1A petitions are considered the cream of the crop in their respective fields.
