Case Summary:

Merely 5 days after we filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on our client’s behalf, he received the good news that his petition had been approved. Our client, a research member working in the field of supercomputing, hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) because he knew of our excellent approval rates and wanted to give himself the best shot at getting one step closer to a green card.

Obtaining EB-1A approval:

It is no secret that EB-1A is upheld by a very high standard of law and that it is rather difficult to obtain approval. Even so, our client possessed strong credentials, which made him a suitable candidate for this visa category. In preparing our client’s petition, we focused on the 404 citations to his work, the 16 publications to his name, and the 50 times he conducted peer reviews for various scientific periodicals. We also took the initiative to learn more about our client’s research efforts on the design of infrastructures for supercomputers and big data. Based on what we reviewed, we concluded that our client’s work improves the capabilities and efficiency of supercomputers in the United States, making him an asset to the nation.

In our bid to bolster our client’s EB-1A petition dossier, we incorporated six recommendation letters contributed by our client’s peers. These supercomputer experts were more than willing to advocate for the approval of our client’s petition, and their recommendation letters confirmed the validity of our client’s research ventures. Here is an excerpt from one of these letters: “[Client] has a talent for improving the quality of supercomputer architecture. This is of great benefit to national research interests, especially in maintaining the high status of American supercomputers. As such, it is important that [Client] is able to continue his research unimpeded.”

We congratulate our client on the approval of his EB-1A petition, and we wish him well as he embarks on the final leg of the green card journey: filing an I-485 application.
