Case Summary:

Not too long ago, we helped a postdoctoral fellow from Taiwan file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition. Texas Service Center only spent 2 months and 12 days reviewing our client’s petition before granting their approval (it usually takes them between 4-9 months to take action on I-140 petitions). We have no doubt that our expert presentation of our client’s strong credentials lent a hand in rapid adjudication.

With a doctoral degree and steady stream of achievements in the field of chemical engineering, our client seemed to be a suitable candidate for EB-2 NIW. We determined that our client’s work on the characterization and synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts, particularly zeolites, contribute to countless sectors of the American economy. Just to name a few, his research impacts the country’s chemical, energy, commercial products, and medical industries. Our client recently informed us that he will be filing an I-485 application (last step in green card proceedings) with the help of our D.I.Y. Packet.
