Case Summary:

A well-known assistant scientist from Iran engaged the services of North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him achieve his goal of getting a green card for himself and his spouse. There are two steps in the green card process: the I-140 petition and the I-485 application. We were hired to help our client with the former.

As part of our services, we helped our client compile a convincing EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition packet that highlighted his various professional and educational achievements.
