It took more than a year to get my EB2-NIW petition approved, but this was probably due to delays at the USCIS. Even though it was much longer than expected, it was very smooth without any additional request from the USCIS. I'd like to thank the North America Immigration Law Group for their great expertise, care and support. I highly recommend Chen Immigration & Attorneys for your I-140 and I-485 immigration petitions.
