Hi,

I'm writing this post to consult one question about applying for consular process after EB3 140 has been approved.

My friend relocated to US on 2013, and company helped her apply for the EB3 PERM, and she got her I-140 approved last year with PD 08/2015. Unfortunately, the laid-off happened this year, and because of personal reason, she went back to China for some other opportunity. In this case, is it feasible to apply for Consular process in China with approved EB3 140? Or does she need to apply from scratch?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

I am writing this post to thank the North America Immigration Group (NAIG) team very much for the excellent and best legal service I've ever had in an US immigration case. My case was sent to the DS (approved) on May 16th, 2017. I say to the NAIG team I really appreciate your help and support throughout all stages of my I-140 petition. Those stages include: solicitation & invitation to apply via the "approval or money-back" channel, case preparation, I-140 submission, and the post-submission support.

For the solicitation & invitation stage, I must say I wouldn’t have known that I was eligible for NIW if the NAIG team hadn’t invited me to submit my profile for free evaluation prior to starting the case.

I had 21 citations and 11 of them were independent at the time of filling. I didn't think that I would be able to get I-140 approved, but one of my friends suggested Chen Immigration Group and they were able to look at all achievements beyond my citation records and made a very strong case for my NIW and today I was pleased to have my I-140 approved in less than 5 months. A good friend of mine suggesting me Chen Immigration for my green card application. He used their services and was extremely satisfied. I contacted Chen Immigration in Oct 2015 and they gave me a free evaluation. My case was evaluated as a compelling case with higher rate of success (I would be reimbursed if my I-140 was denied). I paid half of the fees when I signed my contract, I had to write them back to provide more details about my research work.
