My experience with her firm are:
1.[Chen Immigration] is very knowledgeable in GC process. Pin point your CV's strength and weakness and will ask you to get simple documents to nullify your weakness.You can appreciate this point on how they responds/analyse GC cases in their blog.
2.Their reco letters are highly professional, very prompt in sending them to you as signed in agreement.They are very prompt in answering questions.
3. Their petition letter was excellent. It may not be possible to add law section numbers, already decided GC cases and references if we want to file our self. They had incorporated all possible documents as exhibits in petition letter to strengthen my case.

She always takes the time and the effort to study every single case herself, she does`t relay on paralegals like others lawyers that I have worked with in the past. She gives the client honest assessment and work very hard to get the case approved. She prepares all the documents needed herself. I really appreciate the effort she put to understand my case and to draft my letters. I already recommended Victoria to few of my friends and will continue to do so.
PS. My case was approved after 4 months without RFE. Without Victoria`s hard work I don`t think my case would have been approved.
